After entering a new items, or adding new prices to an item, sometimes the price does not populate the purchase or sales invoice like you expect.
When creating a new item, entering the price is but one of many aspects. But, the form must be fuilled out right or it will not work.
First of all, did you even enter a price for the item?
UOM – must be the same as the template that created it.
Price List – set it to the suppliers name(for the buying price only)
Price lIst – set to standard selling(for selling price only)
Supplier name – add suppliers name(fro buying only)
Remember to put the date when the price is valid
Did you connect the suppliers price list to the supplier?
Price – purchase or sale – do not populate correctly
